With a background in Law, Marco has joined Community in 2002, after an experience in the team of the Palermo Calcio press office.

In Community, he specialized in economic and financial communication. He has been head of the teams advising clients, including Agora Sgr, BancaSintesi, Credit-Suisse, GSC Proxitalia, So.Pa.F. and Polis Fondi Sgr.

Marco is currently working for Clients like DMT, Eurotech, Mediacontech, Parma FC, Pagine Utili, Piaggio & C. and Safilo. Marco is also leading the teams advising Bouty and Fri-el on their IPOs.

Among the operations he focused on: DMT (IPO), Ericsson (Delisting), Eurotech (IPO), Fantuzzi Reggiane (debt restructuring), ItalDesign-Giugiaro (delisting), Italtractor (debt restructuring), Pagine Utili (M&A), Piaggio & C. (IPO), Argentinian Republic (Exchange offer), Saes Getters (Tender Offer).
